A horticulturalist, author and journalist, Alice Vincent has published several books including Rootbound: Rewilding a Life, which was longlisted for the Wainwright Prize and a Financial Times Book of the Year, and Why Women Grow, a memoir exploring the role of nature in the lives of women.
A self-taught urban gardener, she is the creator of the Instagram account and newsletter Noughticulture, which celebrates accessing the outdoors even in the heart of the city. Alice is a columnist for The New Statesman and Gardens Illustrated, and has bylines in Vogue, The Telegraph, The Observer and Prospect magazine.
