THE JOURNEY
A 6-day itinerary across Norway's Steigen and Lofoten archipelagos
DAY 1
Arrive at Bodø airport and meet your driver for a private transfer to the pier.
Voyage into the Steigen archipelago by boat from Bodø to Naustholmen island.
Dock at Naustholmen, a 33-acre island of extraordinary wild beauty.
Dinner at the hotel and stay overnight in a repurposed solar tank – a room like no other.
DAY 2
After breakfast, glide through the crystal-clear waters in a kayak through the Steigen archipelago with an expert.
Pause on a deserted islet and eat a packed lunch or and a campfire coffee.

DAY 3
Set off on a guided hiking adventure, explore hidden trails within the rugged wilderness and learn fascinating insights about the region’s flora, fauna as you walk in the footsteps of ancient fishermen and traders.
Encounter Arctic wildlife, such as sea eagles soaring overhead, and may even catch glimpses of reindeer roaming the hillsides.
Meet sauna master Daniela and participate in a private sauna rituals, with breathtaking views of the wild outside.

DAY 4
Return by private boat to Bodø. Along the way enjoy a captivating stop at the historic Kjerringøy Trading Post.
Step back in time with a guided tour of this well-preserved 19th-century trading post.
Fly to Stokmarknes, and after a private transfer and boat, arrive at Litløy Fyr also kwon as Little Island Lighthouse.
Dinner at the hotel and stay in the lighthouse tower or the lighthouse keeper’s residence.
DAY 5
After breakfast, hike the rugged, windswept landscape of Litløya with an expert.
Learn of the island’s isolated but beautiful existence on the fringes of the Arctic and hear stories of lighthouse keepers who braved the harsh elements.

DAY 6
A day to yourself to explore the island or The Luminaire can arrange additional activities for you based on your preferences.

DAY 7
After breakfast, take a boat back to the pier in Bø before a private transfer to Evenes airport.
